SAW-Z系列螺柱焊接自動化平臺是一種高精度、高效率全自動數(shù)控螺柱焊接系統(tǒng)。3軸傳動均采用高精度滾珠絲桿線性模組，運行穩(wěn)定，定位精度高，使用壽命長；控制系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)級工控電腦主板及運動控制卡，交流伺服驅(qū)動；焊機選用SAW-D型儲能焊接機（也可配SAW-3000A型DSP高頻逆變螺柱焊機）。Z軸由電機驅(qū)動，可配一把焊槍或多把焊槍。
SAW-Z series of stud welding automation platform is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy ang long life of the system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-D capacitor discharge welding machine (also with SAW-3000A DSP-based high-frequency inverter stud welder).
Z-axis which is a motor-driven, can be equipped with one or more guns.
