測(cè)試項(xiàng)目 
　   插頭電源線綜合測(cè)試機(jī)適用于單頭、雙頭(多頭)、兩芯、三芯插頭電源線測(cè)試(也可依客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)多芯測(cè)試機(jī))。內(nèi)置耐壓機(jī)，內(nèi)外高壓分別獨(dú)立可調(diào),主控電路采用進(jìn)口微電腦PLC可編程邏輯控制系統(tǒng)?？蛇M(jìn)行導(dǎo)通、極性、長(zhǎng)度、絕緣電阻、極間高壓、極外高壓等項(xiàng)目測(cè)試。合格品由頂針頂出且在插頭上打上測(cè)試合格標(biāo)記（如需要“T”標(biāo)記，訂購(gòu)需說明）防止漏檢或混入不合格品；不合格品有聲光報(bào)警且不能頂出，還可選裝不合格品自動(dòng)剪切刀<訂購(gòu)需說明>。隨著技術(shù)升級(jí)創(chuàng)新，多個(gè)型號(hào)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話觸摸屏微電腦控制，內(nèi)嵌不同測(cè)試模式及參數(shù)，只有權(quán)限人員才能更改參數(shù)，測(cè)試更方便、安全可靠。

6.測(cè)試模式Test modes：腳踏開關(guān)控制，或插線自動(dòng)測(cè)試。 
The pedals switch control or insert the test sample for automatic test. 
測(cè)試順序Test sequence：極性、導(dǎo)通(斷路/短路)、絕緣、內(nèi)高壓、外高壓。

7.導(dǎo)通，極性測(cè)試Continuity &Polarity test 
測(cè)試原理Test principle： 
a、感應(yīng)式： 感應(yīng)式測(cè)試線材長(zhǎng)度Inductive test wire length≥10pF 
b、回路式： 極性點(diǎn)擊有聲光訊號(hào)指示，錯(cuò)位有聲光報(bào)警提示，需按復(fù)位鍵停止。Loop modes: polarity click give out sound and light signals instructions, dislocation has audio and light alarm prompt, need to press the reset button to stop. 
測(cè)試結(jié)果類型Test result modes: 
a、導(dǎo)通不合格，百分表不能達(dá)到合格點(diǎn),聲光報(bào)警。Continuity is NG, indicator can't achieve qualified point, give out sound and light alarm. 
b、其他不合格，自動(dòng)鎖模且有聲光報(bào)警提示，需手動(dòng)復(fù)位。The other is NG, automatic locking and has sound and light alarm prompt, need to manually reset button. 
合格/不良品自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，合格自動(dòng)開模頂出打印合格標(biāo)記。Qualified products and unqualified automatically counting, passed automatic unlocking push out and print qualified marks. 
8. 高壓測(cè)試Hi-pot Test : 
a. 輸出電壓Interpolar Hi-pot: 0～5KV連續(xù)可調(diào)Continuous adjustable (According to types). 
b. 內(nèi)輸出高壓漏電流Interpolar Hi-pot leakage current: 依機(jī)型0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、5.0mA選擇或0.5～10mA連續(xù)可調(diào)。According to the modes choose 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0mA or 0.5～10mA (According to  types) continuous adjustable. 
c. 外輸出電壓Skin Hi-pot: 0～6KV連續(xù)可調(diào)Continuous adjustable (According to type). 
d. 外輸出高壓漏電流Skin Hi-pot leakage current: 依機(jī)型0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、5.0mA選擇或0.5～10mA連續(xù)可調(diào)。According to the modes choose 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0mA or 0.5～10mA (According to types)  continuous adjustable.
