Principle of high temperature light wave infrared drying

    High temperature light wave infrared drying line is a method of drying by radiation heat transfer. The electromagnetic wave generated by the high-temperature light wave infrared drying radiator propagates in a straight line at the speed of light to the dried material. When the emission frequency of the high-temperature light wave infrared drying matches the natural frequency of the molecular movement in the dried material (i.e. the emission wavelength of the high-temperature light wave infrared drying and the absorption wavelength of the dried material), it causes strong molecular vibration in the material, In order to achieve the goal of drying, intense friction occurs in the interior of the material to generate heat.

In particular, the emission frequency of the far high temperature light wave infrared drying is matched with the natural frequency of the molecules of plastics, polymers, water and other substances, resulting in the intense resonance of these substances. In this way, the far high temperature light wave infrared drying can penetrate into these heated and dried objects, and it is easy to be absorbed by these substances, so the far high temperature light wave infrared drying is better than the two.
