一、I.Functions and Features of the Products:
It has the excellent properties such as inhibition of urea-formaldehyde glue reaction until end point, amplification of molecular weight, hot measurement glue without adhesion for 30s, reduction of free formaldehyde smell, shortening of curing time, increase of hot-pressing forming speed, improvement of fiber moisture without separation, and enhancement of internal bond strength, surface bond strength and thickness absorption, without changing the mole ration formula of various glues.
This product is the world’s unique new material that can inhibit and prevent the aging effect of urea-formaldehyde glues. It can effectively inhibit and prevent resin aging in the polycondensation reaction or storage process of urea-formaldehyde glue( to extend the storage life of the glue so that it will not loss its use performance within 3-5 months). Its primary functions are anti-heat and oxygen aging and antiozone aging. Moreover, it has very obvious anti-aging protective effects of metal ion, light and heat.

廣泛適用于E1級(jí)、E0級(jí)、P2級(jí)中（高）密度板、刨花板、膠合板、細(xì)木工板環(huán)保膠的生產(chǎn)。

四、IV. Additive Amount
按防老劑含量每噸甲醛計(jì)算添加： AAAA型{bfb}含量添加6.25kg。
Without changing the manufacturer’s technical formula, it shall be calculated according to original mole ratio of ordinary glue, level E2, level E1 and level E0; the additive amount of the anti-aging agent per ton of formaldehyde: Add 6.25kg AAAA type {bfb} content anti-aging agent.
